How we work
Our service delivery models are flexibly designed to support our clients to their precise requirements. We offer three general models of partnership depending on client need and the type of service required.
Embedded Model
The Embedded Model delivers immediate capability to our clients by the direct integration of Equatorial Strategies Group staff into their teams. These professionals have an expert level of knowledge and practice in their fields and are dedicated to the support of the client for the period allocated.
Enablement Model
The Enablement Model delivers capacity-building through specialised training to enable an organisation to address its own requirements. This includes an initial assessment and development of capacity to enable an organisation to manage its own risks, resolve a crisis or develop internal functions.
External Model
The External Model provides investigative and limited advisory services where clients need independence and autonomy. This service model is most appropriate for independent investigations and certain advisory services such as validations of pre-existing client capacities.
