03 / ESG Advisory

Environmental, Social, and Governance Advisory.

ESG, done seriously, is the discipline of building organisations that perform credibly against environmental, social and governance standards, not the practice of authoring documents that say they do. We help clients close the gap between the two.

Capabilities

ESG Capacity Assessments

ESG Capacity Assessments evaluate how effectively an organization embeds Environmental, Social, and Governance responsibilities into leadership oversight, policy architecture, operational practice, and data discipline. It provides an evidence based view of control maturity, compliance outcomes, stakeholder impact, and disclosure integrity to determine whether ESG practices are credible, consistent, and aligned with regulatory and community expectations.

ESG Due Diligence

ESG Due Diligence capacities conduct investigative due diligence to verify whether organisations’ ESG commitments are credible, operationalised, and effective across working conditions and supply chains. Using evidence based methods including field visits, staff and stakeholder interviews, partner and supplier verification, and tracing of labour, materials, and decision making pathways, we identify risks and governance failures that may be obscured by operating contexts or self reported data. We deliver clear findings, and  prioritised, actionable recommendations to strengthen safeguarding practices, and supply chain governance in high risk environments.

ESG Performance Assessment

ESG Performance Assessment measures how well an organisation turns its ESG commitments into real world environmental, social, and governance outcomes. It evaluates whether policies and controls produce credible, consistent results that strengthen resilience, financial sustainability, and long term organisational value while identifying where targeted improvements are needed to enhance impact and accountability.

Integrity & ethics

We approach ESG advisory with a commitment to accuracy, transparency, and responsible representation. All assessments and recommendations are based on credible data sources, recognised frameworks, and clearly defined methodologies. Where data gaps or constraints exist, they are explicitly identified.

We do not promote ESG claims that cannot be substantiated, and we ensure that reporting reflects genuine performance rather than aspirational positioning. Our work supports clients in meeting evolving regulatory expectations while maintaining integrity in disclosures.

We believe ESG credibility is built on honest reporting and accountable action.
