Industry Collaborations

Equatorial Strategies Group works in close collaboration with a small number of trusted professional partners to strengthen the legal robustness, investigative credibility, and ESG assurance value of our work—particularly in complex, high risk operating environments.

Legal Resources – London based Meridian Law Group

Through Tom Foley, Equatorial Strategies Group maintains an established collaborative relationship with Meridian Law Group, enabling close alignment between investigative findings and legal, regulatory, and dispute resolution considerations. This collaboration has a particular focus on ESG advisory and due diligence, and supports matters where investigations intersect with litigation risk, regulatory exposure, contractual disputes, international tax, or donor and investor scrutiny. This relationship enhances our ability to support clients by identifying risks early and helping mitigate potential challenges

Investigations and ESG Assurance – Verita (UK)

We also work alongside Verita, a trusted UK based investigations company, to enhance investigative depth and independent verification in relation to ESG, governance, and broader integrity matters. This collaboration strengthens our ability to conduct complex investigations, supply chain and labour verification, and ESG due diligence that requires additional specialist capacity, corroboration, or UK anchored investigative support. Working with Veritas allows us to combine deep local and contextual insight from our field operations with established investigative methodologies and assurance practices, providing donors, investors, and boards with credible, defensible findings.

Applied Artificial Intelligence Technologies – Safe-esteem, Inc (USA)

We partner with Safe-esteem, a Miami-based technology company, to help our clients meet their duty of care and risk management objectives.  RiskInt.ai is a specialized artificial intelligence that automates information collection activities through media horizon scanning using a proprietary model. The technology includes a deep research agentic capacity that delivers long term forecasts and scenario analysis to support strategic risk and crisis management decisions. Safe-xplore, another technology, uses proprietary modelling and AI to strengthen organisations’ duty of care and travel risk management requirements.
